Something powerful got you two together at the beginning
Mutual interests. Laughter. Sex.
A spark.
Regardless of how long the honeymoon period lasted (if at all – it’s not true for everyone), there was much that was good about those early days, and maybe you miss them. Or at least the ease before it got hard.
But what if you could do something better than go back in time?
What if you could reignite your passion for one another not based on mystery or novelty, but based on all of the history and love you two share?
Reignite Your Match
is a 6-month online program for couples to restore intimacy and passion back into their lives
What to Expect from Couple’s Coaching
My approach is rooted in my extensive experience with Emotionally Focused Therapy (learn more about it here) but is practiced through a coaching model. That means we’ll follow this general guideline in our six months together in order to help you transform your relationship in a remarkably short time.
First
We’ll address the lack of emotional intimacy in your partnership and identify what needs to be repaired.
Next
We’ll transform whatever is standing in the way of you from feeling close and connected.
And Then
We’ll build pathways of connection based on empathy, understanding, and trust.
The Timeline
-
Will include at least two sessions dedicated to your “attachment histories” — or, what you learned about love across your lifetime. This is also the time for me to discover the history of you as a couple, including how you met.
-
We’ll help you gain …
More clarity and insight about your relationship patterns;
Enhanced communication and the ability to dissolve conflict with ease;
And a better understanding of both your individual and shared needs and wants.
-
My hope is that you’ll begin to feel more safe and secure together. You’ll also begin to feel more understood.
We’ll open space for pleasure and joy to return to your relationship. You might even be ready to experience mutual, authentic fun and excitement.
Our goal is to have you wanting to want each other again — but in deeper ways than ever before.
Your Financial Investment
Traditional couple therapy with an experienced therapist costs anywhere from $300 to $400 a session without a guaranteed end. That can cost you well over tens of thousands of dollars.
The limited 6-month time frame of this program, with also the support of me in between weeks, offers you the opportunity to do focused work in a shorter period of time with more support to help you transform your relationship.
You can chose between two payment options.

FAQs
-
This program is for you if you’re in a committed partnership experiencing communication challenges, lack of intimacy, or wanting more from one another - but just don’t know how to go about getting it.
You might find yourself in repetitive conversations and stuck in cycles of conflict.
In spite of all the shared aggravation and disconnects you want to find your way back to each other.
You are both ready to work on your relationship.
Most of my couples have been together for several years (on average seven to 15), but this program can also be useful if you are just starting out.
I support LGBTQIA+ and heterosexual couples with a focus on monogamous relationships.
-
It’s pretty common for one or both partners to be hesitant about couple work, so you can still be ready for this form of couple’s coaching, even if you have some reservations.
This approach is ideal for couples who have already done some inner work, such as individual therapy, group work, or coaching. Reignite Your Match can be immensely effective when undertaken in tandem with your individual work.
-
This program is time-limited to help address reigniting and sustaining intimacy.
While therapeutic in nature, the program itself is not therapy.
It is solution-focused and based on the short-term Emotionally Focused Therapy model created by Sue Johnon, sometimes referred to as EFT. (You can learn more here).
This approach to couples coaching is focused on the key components of communication, emotional expression, and changing perceptions.
We’ll spend the six months guided by identifiable goals we establish at the start of our work together.
Generally, talk-based couple’s therapy doesn’t establish a timetable table. With therapy, there is more emphasis on discussing past issues.
With coaching, we place the emphasis on acquiring tools and actively engaging in change.
-
Put simply: this six month coaching program will enable you to accomplish so much more than you could with the same amount of couple’s therapy.
Very quickly, you’ll have a better understanding of what successful communication can look like and gain the confidence to practice it together
Also, you’ll also have access to me in between sessions via a secure messaging app for when you feel stuck, which is rarely offered in traditional couple’s therapy.
At the end of six months, should you want to keep working with me, I offer clients the option to renew month to month.
-
Reigniting Your Match is not for couples who have recently experienced an attachment rupture such as sexual, emotional, or financial infidelity.
It is not for couples where one or both partners require the support of a licensed mental health professional. This includes couples who are: experiencing a serious mental health concern, such as addiction or substance misuse; a mental health diagnosis that needs treatment from a licensed professional; and/or there is any intimate partner violence.
While I am a practitioner who is sex positive and supports different relationship styles, this program is not for couples who are considering or practicing consensual non-monogamy as the program’s focus is dedicated to monogamous relationships.

Yes! I have extensive training with Sheryl Lisa Finn of Conscious Transitions in how to work with relationship anxiety (or sometimes referred to as rOCD).
I’ve found that when we look at the recurring shame-based thoughts that are trying to protect your vulnerability as metaphors for a greater need of self-trust, the anxiety itself can transform into a brilliant fire starter for your relationship.
It is preferred that the partner who is struggling with relationship anxiety is currently working with an individual therapist or coach. Or has taken a online course on the subject.
-
For six months we meet online weekly via Zoom for 75 minutes and in between weeks you’ll have access to me via a secure messaging app with end-to-end encryption to work out your stuck spots.
-
At this time, I’m not offering a sliding scale and I do not provide superbills or receipts for FSAs as the program is not considered therapy.
-
I accept most forms of payment, but prefer Zelle for my U.S. clients and offer PayPal for my international clients. I do accept Venmo and credit cards but charge a processing fee.
-
I work on Pacific Standard Time and have found it allows me to work with clients in different time zones, including international ones.
-
While many of my clients experience the desired outcomes they want, should you decide at any point the program is not right for you, you have the option to cancel with 30-days advanced notice and won’t be required to pay for subsequent months. (If those 30 days fall in between months, you will be required to pay for both the month that precedes and follows).
-
It would be unrealistic to promise I can save your relationship.
That said, many couples feel relieved and more connected after the first few months of working with me. One of my desired outcomes as your coach is that you have a better understanding of your blocks, where you need to repair so you feel on the road to safety. Within these conditions, it’s fair to say that ease, pleasure, and joy can return to your relationship — and you can feel closer than ever.
Those who see results the most are those who commit fully to the work, practicing in between sessions, and taking advantage of the secure message app for support.
